Global Potlatch Recipe Book

The Global Potlatch Supper, 1st September 2018 brought together over 40 diners and 12 speaks/cooks as part of the Huntly Hairst food and farming festival. Contributors came from different cultural backgrounds, near and far, bringing unique and representation perspectives on food and its production. They each presented a dish to share as they spoke. The Global Potlatch Recipe Book documents their thoughts and recipes, in the order in which they were enjoyed at the supper.
